Action Items:
-Go to the following website and sign in with your Google using your Léman account: zoom.us
-Go to settings and make sure your Waiting Room feature is on
- Enable: Play sound when participants join or leave (heard by host only)
-Make sure that only host can share screen (you can give permission to trusted participants during the meeting itself)
- Disable desktop/screen share for users
