If you like sticky notes, or use the native sticky note application on your Macbook, you will love Google Keep. You can use it to organize to-do lists, important information, and so much more and the best part is it looks the same across all your devices. This is one you might choose to use for your personal accounts as well!
Your Google Keep notes can be viewed alongside your Gmail, Docs/Slides/Sheets, and Calendar windows for easy reference - just click the icon on the right side of the screen.
Done with a note? Hit archive to move it from your main screen (knowing you can get it back under the "archived notes" menu)
Need to reference common things with a colleague or your team? Take advantage of the "add collaborator" button so you can share notes with others who need it.
Want to get fancy? Use Canva or Google Slides to create custom header images for your notes like the example below.
