Using a Zoom Link With Embedded Password

How do I find my Zoom link, ID and passcode?
You can find the link by going to Zoom’s website (zoom.us) Sign in with your Léman Google account and go to profile.

1. Sign in to the Zoom website.

2. Click Meetings, then Personal Room.

PLEASE LEAVE YOUR PASSWORD AS IS.  Copy the link and publish it on your PowerSchool Unified Classroom class pages, schedules, and Daily Learning Guides. You no longer need to publish your password.  Example:

This new link makes it difficult for automated robots or algorithms to generate or guess Zoom IDs, and the link may change periodically to keep our virtual rooms secured.  Please continue to not share these links on social media, blogs or anywhere on the Internet.  

Make sure you are using an updated version of Zoom. To update the app, click on the zoom.us menu on the top left of the screen.
